Occupational Therapist Job Requirements Home Health or Community Health Rehabilitation experience is required. Active California Occupational Therapist license. Current BLS and driver license. Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities Performs Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment as prescribed by the referring physician. Instructs and monitors the progression of patients in the use of therapeutic activities. Communicates with the care team and physician on plan of care and progress.
