Job Responsibilities Design Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and devise personalized treatment strategies that align with their functional objectives Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based approaches to enhance motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities for patients Collaborate within Interdisciplinary Teams: Engage closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver integrative, holistic care Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction and resources to patients and their caregivers, equipping them to support progress at home Document and Monitor Progress: Keep track of clinical outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient paths Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Ongoing education and certifications encouraged and supported Licensure Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory <
