Job Description
Overview Heartify In Home Care is hiring a OTA for an ongoing home health case in ATLANTA, GA. Consistent weekly visits with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities: Follow OT plan of care Provide hands-on therapy in the home Document each visit Report patient progress Pay: $70 per visit Schedule: 2–3 visits per week (long-term case) Requirements: Active Georgia OTA license Reliable transportation Home health experience preferred How to Apply: Send your availability to start ASAP.
