Description: Position Objective To provide patient treatment under the supervision of their discipline specific clinician. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited therapy program with state license. Current license from the state of practice Current TB skin test Requirements: Requirements Provides quality patient treatment to help each patient reach their highest practible level of function. Seeks oversight, communication and collaboration with their discipline specific clinician. Maintains current documentation and attests to correct billing. Is an active member of the facility interdisciplinary team. Is familiar with and follows Incite Policy & Procedure Manual and Incite Employee Handbook. Is familiar with the Incite Corporate Compliance Program Participates in Quality Assurance as assigned. Is clinically competent with all therapy procedures provided.
