Job Description Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough assessments to discover patients' individual needs and craft personalized therapy blueprints aimed at achieving their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based interventions to bolster patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily life skills. Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work alongside a diverse group of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure well-rounded, holistic care. Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance and resources to patients and caregivers, empowering them to continue progress outside of therapy sessions. Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor patient outcomes meticulously and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal patient pathways.
