Job Responsibilities Tailor Individual Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create customized therapy strategies to help them reach their personal goals. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and support staff for comprehensive patient care. Instruct and Empower Patients and Families: Teach patients and caregivers therapeutic techniques to encourage ongoing improvement at home. Track Patient Progress: Document clinical outcomes and modify treatments to ensure optimal recovery paths. Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
