Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Off Duty Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) to support security operations in Denver area.This role involves providing a visible law enforcement presence, ensuring safety, and assisting in maintaining order during various events or routine activities.Ideal candidates will have a strong background in law enforcement and conflict management, with the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.This position offers an opportunity for experienced officers to apply their skills in a dynamic environment while supporting community safety.Duties Maintain a vigilant presence to deter unlawful activity and ensure public safety at designated locations or events Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, utilizing conflict management and first aid skills as needed Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems and monitor activity to identify potential security threats or suspicious behavior Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting theft or vandalism Enforce rules and regulations, providing clear communication and conflict resolution when necessary Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies to coordinate responses and ensure effective security coverage Document incidents thoroughly and accurately for reporting purposes Provide assistance during emergencies by administering CPR or first aid if required Skills Proven experience in law enforcement, security, or military service is highly desirable Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques, CCTV operation, and loss prevention strategies Excellent conflict management and communication skills to handle tense situations professionally First aid and CPR certification are preferred; ability to respond effectively during medical emergencies Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stress situations Familiarity with security protocols, CCTV monitoring systems, and incident documentation procedures Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond swiftly when needed This position is ideal for former or active law enforcement officers seeking part-time opportunities to serve the community while utilizing their specialized skills.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$30.00 - $36.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
