The Office Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the organization by providing administrative, logistical, and operational support across multiple departments.This position is essential to maintaining efficiency, organization, and clear communication throughout the office.Position Overview:The Office Administrator supports scheduling, personnel coordination, office management, logistics, and executive assistance.This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Scheduling & Timekeeping Monitor staff attendance and clock-ins using internal systems Address timekeeping discrepancies and coordinate schedule changes or coverage needs Communicate with schools and internal teams regarding absences or schedule updates Track and respond to scheduling-related emails, including call-outs and leave requests Ensure accuracy of time entries prior to payroll processing HR & Personnel Support Assist with maintaining and updating employee records across multiple systems Support interview scheduling and candidate screening coordination Assist with staff compliance, movement, and clearance processes Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks as needed Logistics & Office Operations Manage office materials, equipment, storage, and distribution Process staff requests related to supplies and site needs Monitor internal reporting systems and ensure proper follow-up Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors Office Management Manage incoming calls, email correspondence, mail, and internal calendars Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, cleaning, catering, and office supplies Uphold office guidelines, safety standards, and security protocols Executive Support Respond to daily administrative requests from Directors, VPs, and Executive leadership Assist with the coordination of staff events, meetings, and company gatherings Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism Clear written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with office systems and scheduling tools Adaptable, proactive, and service-oriented approach Why Join Our Team:This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally, support leadership, and contribute meaningfully to the efficiency and success of the organization.The position is dynamic and evolves with operational needs, making it ideal for someone seeking growth and responsibility in an administrative role.We encourage qualified candidates to apply.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $22.00 per hour Expected hours:40.0 per week Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Experience:Customer service:1 year (Required) Location:Sacramento, CA 95834 (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
