West Valley Regional Chamber, a nonprofit organization located in Goodyear, Arizona, supporting the communities of Goodyear, Litchfield, Tolleson, Avondale, El Mirage, and Surprise.The chamber supports the business and professional community, government and the community at large.We have an immediate opening for an Office Administrative Assistant.The Office Assistant will need to Be organized and friendly Handle requests and queries appropriately in a timely manner Have customer service experience Understand operations in a professional office setting Have excellent telephone, written, and verbal communication skills Have computer skills including knowledge of social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).Preferred experienced with Microsoft Office and HubSpot Primary Duties Provide administrative support to Chamber Leadership such as scheduling meeting and communication follow ups Perform confidential administrative functions Maintain departmental records Create a welcoming and professional environment for members, guests, and visitors Greet walk-ins and answer telephone Provide answers to questions and inquiries Assist with maintaining accurate member records and other documentation Promote and encourage membership with the Chamber Secondary Duties Assist with maintaining a professional, clean, and safe work environment Assist in general office duties, routine tasks, special projects and events.Position will remain open until filled, but we're moving forward quickly.Submit your cover letter & r sum to and no calls please.Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
