Job Description
Job Title:Office Administrative Personnel Location:Cincinnati, OH Pay:$16Hourly (plus bonus potential) Job Type:Full-time Summary:Office Administrative Personnel assists with daily administrative tasks.This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service to our patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.The ideal candidate is highly organized, computer literate, and comfortable working in a patient-centered environment.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact by answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate office calendars Maintain and update patient and caregiver records in accordance with agency standards and HIPAA regulations.Support the onboarding process for new caregivers, including collection and processing of employment documentation.Organize, scan, and file documents systematically to ensure easy access and compliance with agency policies.Assist with general office operations such as data entry, mail handling, inventory tracking, and supply ordering.Collaborate with staff on special projects and provide administrative support as needed.Qualifications:A high school diploma is required; an associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.Must have at least one year of administrative or office assistant experience; healthcare or home care experience is highly preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.Excellent organizational skills, including the capability to multitask effectively.Must adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling confidential information; high level of discretion and professionalism required.Skills Required:Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and general computer competence.Demonstrated ability to interact with others and provide excellent customer service.Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Efficiency in managing time and prioritizing tasks.Experience with healthcare documentation, terminology, and scheduling systems is preferred.Pay:From $16.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
