Overview The Administrator provides project and business administration support to the local management team.This is an office-based role in the AuditCo North America head office in XXX The role requires an enthusiastic admin all-rounder who is happy to cover tasks across the entire business.Duties Provide admin support for management team Purchasing of consumables and field equipment Communication with regular and ad-hoc suppliers Travel planning and travel bookings for the team Administration of employee and contractor records in HR system Administration of employee benefits programs Assist with interview and hiring processes Assist with onboarding of new employees including booking of training courses Preparation of company documents and processes Meeting management Office phone answering General administrative duties Review and administer field activity trackers and mileage reports Process applications for company registrations eg State Sales Tax, State Withholding Tax Complete submissions for State and Federal filings Administration of company insurances, including liaising with insurance providers; Skills Knowledge: General business administration skills and experience Ability to interpret management requests Ability to react positively to changing requirements Ability to work calmly in a high growth environment Project administration experience Experience with online HR systems an advantage, but can be trained Experience with Xero or similar online accounting systems an advantage, but can be trained Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills Communication: Proven ability to verbally communicate effectively with internal teams, and with customers and suppliers Proven written communication skills, including emails, and company documents Ability to actively participate in team meetings and positively provide ideas/improvement opportunities.The KPI's listed below form part of the employee's workplace responsibilities relevant to the role.Key Performance Indicators (KPI's): Section 1:General workplace performance expectations:Extent to which the KPI's and responsibilities stated in this position description have been achieved Openness to constructive criticism and acceptance of internal changes to processes Ability to demonstrate the required administration skills and knowledge Section 2:Key role dimensions and behavioural expectations:Ability to demonstrate consistent and professional behaviours and ethical conduct during all work activities Consistent punctual attendance at the company office Satisfactory and timely performance of tasks as requested by the local management team and Global CEO Willingness to undertake workplace learning and training opportunities, as appropriate Section 3:Relationship management:Ability to communicate changes to service delivery Contribution to learning and development of the team Build and maintain satisfactory relationships with employees, suppliers and contractors Proactively work to minimise conflict and engage in positive problem-solving conversations Advise management of any health & safety concern or behavioural safety concern that may arise.Pay:$30.00 - $33.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location:In person.
