Job Description
Job Description: Client is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Office Administrator / Inside Sales Coordinator to support daily operations and contribute to a fast-paced, growing automotive-focused business. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, offering the opportunity to gain exposure to inside sales, quoting, and project coordination, with clear potential for career growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary on-site coordinator for office operations Manage incoming/outgoing packages Ensure office organization and cleanliness Coordinate vendors (cleaning services, supplies, etc.) Monitor and handle basic administrative needs (billing, supplies, etc.) Provide administrative support to sales and account management teams Assist with quoting processes and documentation Track and follow up on internal sales paperwork Utilize internal systems for opportunity and quote management Support inside sales activities Coordinate with sales and engineering teams Assist in preparing customer-facing materials Maintain accurate records and data in internal systems Act as a central point of coordination for the Troy office Help maintain smooth day-to-day business operations Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in administrative, office support, or related role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including calculations, basic analysis, and ideally pivot tables) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work on-site full-time (5 days/week, approx. 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM) Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive industry or manufacturing environment Exposure to inside sales, quoting, or sales support Familiarity with CRM or internal sales systems Key Characteristics (Critical for Success) Highly motivated and proactive Willingness to learn and grow from the ground up Strong sense of ownership and accountability Team-oriented with a “no task too small” mindset Positive attitude and strong personality fit (culture-driven hiring approach) Career Growth Opportunities This role offers a clear pathway for advancement into: Inside Sales Account Management Project Management Termax has a track record of promoting individuals internally and supporting long-term career development.
