Office Administrator Complete Landsculpture of Texas LP Job Summary The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and providing excellent customer service. This position serves as a primary point of contact for clients and callers while maintaining organization, confidentiality, and efficiency throughout the office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining electronic and physical records Process outgoing mail and coordinate incoming mail, deliveries, and packages Maintain office and kitchen supply inventory and coordinate ordering and restocking Coordinate general office organization and day-to-day administrative needs Update project lists and enter new leads accurately and timely Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus Previous administrative or office support experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Work Environment & Requirements Full-time, on-site position Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Core Competencies Attention to detail Reliability and accountability Professionalism Adaptability and willingness to assist where needed Team-oriented mindset Complete Landsculpture of Texas, LP is an equal opportunity employer.
