Job Description
Office Administrator Job Description We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team! As an Office Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing the application process for our deals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all tasks. Key Responsibilities Review and submit applications to landlords for approval, ensuring accuracy and completeness - Follow up with landlords and applicants to ensure timely approval and signing of leases - Coordinate lease signings, including creating and sending leases, guarantor forms, and other necessary documents - Manage guarantor forms, ensuring they are completed and notarized correctly - Update internal systems with application and lease information - Process refunds as needed - Coordinate with accounting team to request checks and process commission payments - Send invoices to landlords for commission payments - Follow up on outstanding invoices and update internal systems Requirements: High attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and follow-up skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Google Suite, DocHub, and Cazamio - Basic math skills and ability to handle financial transactions - Familiarity with real estate or rental processes a plus Pay:$1,250.00 per week Work Location:In person.
