What You'll Be Doing As our Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations efficient and organized. Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities: Managing daily office operations to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Utilizing QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and financial tasks. Handling administrative duties using Microsoft 365 tools. Maintaining accurate records and documentation. Supporting the team with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative needs. Assisting with customer inquiries and providing excellent service. Occasionally running errands or handling tasks that require a valid driver’s license. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the following qualifications and skills: A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365 . Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A clean and valid driver’s license. A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
