Office Administrator Position Summary Stellar Drilling Fluids is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. This position plays a key role in keeping our accounting, purchasing, and customer billing processes organized and running efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities Enter delivery tickets and field paperwork into the company ERP system Generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely manner Create and manage purchase orders (POs) Track vendor invoices and follow up on missing documentation Assist with billing reconciliation and account support Maintain organized digital and physical records Communicate with vendors, customers, drivers, and field personnel as needed Support office operations and administrative tasks as assigned Assist management with reporting, data entry, and document preparation Qualifications Previous office administration, accounting, billing, or ERP experience preferred Strong computer skills and ability to learn company software quickly Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Oilfield service industry experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable, long-term opportunity with a growing company Supportive team environment Opportunity for advancement and increased responsibility Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
