Key Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES Work with drivers daily (calls, messages, coordination) Prepare and organize driver files and contracts Assist with driver onboarding (orientation) Help with office tasks and communication Coordinate with dispatch and management to maintain efficient fleet operations . Requirements: Must have work authorization in the U.S. Office work experience preferred Good communication and organization skills Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets) Russian speaking preferred Trucking experience is a plus (not required) Computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, or TMS).
