Job Description We are a growing roofing company looking for a reliable, organized Office Administrator / Scheduling Coordinator to support daily office operations.This role is critical to keeping projects on schedule, crews organized, materials ordered, and billing accurate.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.Responsibilities Schedule crews and coordinate daily/weekly work calendars Order and track roofing/construction materials Assist with billing, invoices, and payment tracking Update job files, production forms, and internal systems Communicate with crews, vendors, and internal team Track job progress and follow up on missing information Support project managers and ownership with admin tasks Maintain organized digital and physical records Answer incoming phone calls to schedule meetings, coordinate jobs, and provide basic customer service support to clients Requirements Previous office or administrative experience (construction preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable with scheduling and coordination Basic billing / invoicing experience Proficient with computers (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) Clear communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus) Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable Preferred (Not Required) Experience in roofing or construction Familiarity with JobNimbus, QuickBooks, or similar software Understanding of work orders, purchase orders, and job tracking Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary pay (based on experience) Stable, full-time position Opportunity for growth within the company Supportive team environment Long-term role with an established company Why Work With Us Busy, year-round workload Clear systems and processes Direct communication with management Room to grow as the company grows Pay:$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location:In person.
