Job Description
OVERVIEW We are a fast-paced and growing coffee supply distributor seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.This role is critical to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy variety in your daily tasks, we want to hear from you! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform daily administrative duties including but not limited to data entry, filing, and payment processing Create and edit spreadsheets/ inventory reports using Microsoft Excel Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with customer inquiries Coordinate with sales, shipping, and warehouse departments to ensure timely order fulfillment Support leadership with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications:2years of administrative experience (experience in a distribution or supply business a plus) Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proficient 10 key skills Strong multitasking and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits:Competitive pay (based on experience) Health, Vision and Dental benefits Paid time off Employee discounts on coffee and supplies Supportive and energetic team environment Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
