Office and HR Coordinator: THIS IS A DIRECT-HIRE OPPORTUNITY Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate : $55-65k/year, depending on experience Location: Denver, CO 80216 Experience: 3 years preferred. Office and HR Coordinator Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Office Manager across payroll, HR, and office operations. Payroll prep: data entry, document collection, and reporting. Onboarding processes: prep packets and coordinate new hire docuemtation. Maintain employee records, files, and tracking systems. Respond to employee inquiries and direct questions to appropriate resources. Benefits administration: enrollment support and documentation. Office logistics: meeting setup, event coordination, and training. Support IT coordination, equipment setup, issue reporting, maintenance logs, and compliance tracking.
