No County Otsego Street Address Center for Environmental Health - Oneonta District Office 28 Hill Street, Suite 201 City Oneonta State NY Zip Code 13820 Duties Description Seasonal Office Assistant 1 (Keyboarding) staff support the mission of CEH by performing a variety of administrative functions during New York State’s summer season and beyond. Positions assist CEH district office environmental health staff by performing a variety of critical administrative support functions such as answering office telephones, triaging calls, sorting and distributing mail, filing documents, maintaining office file systems, and performing data entry. A seasonal Office Assistant 1 (Keyboarding) role provides interested individuals with the ability to gain real world experience in the field of public health through on-the-job training. Flexible opportunities begin in early May and extend through September 2026. Minimum Qualifications There are no minimum education or experience requirements for this title.
