Hiring Department Center for Academic Success & Exellence Job Description The University of Missouri's Center for Academic Success & Excellence (CASE) supports the educational achievement of Discovery and Tiger Pathway students. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional who is committed to advancing CASE's mission and promoting student success. This role is ideal for a self-directed individual with strong interpersonal skills who can manage multiple priorities while building positive relationships with students and supporting the overall goals of CASE. CASE offers an engaging and rewarding work environment, and this position plays an essential role in supporting the success of the students we serve. Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Establishing and maintaining comprehensive electronic and hard-copy records management systems for administrative, program, and student records Providing administrative support for the department's file server Assisting with special projects and initiatives Compiling reports and informational materials Taking, preparing, and distributing minutes for departmental meetings Serving as primary administrative support to the Director, including coordination of travel arrangements Completing fiscal and administrative forms (e.g., travel and One Card expense reports, payment requests) and submitting documentation to Shared Services Managing student employees, including hiring, onboarding, training (orientation and standard office procedures), and supervision Purchasing and maintaining office supplies and equipment to ensure efficient daily operations Performing other duties as requested Shift 8:00am - 5:00pm, with occasional evenings and weekends required Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge an
