Overview Our Real Estate office needs an assistant to support daily operations, maintain online sources, preform some reconciliation and accounting, and keep our office running smoothly. If you possess excellent organizational skills, have general knowledge of data entry for online programs and enjoy keeping paperwork in check then this position is for you. Duties Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including client records and property documents Perform data entry tasks using computer skills, ensuring accuracy in all records and reports Support bookkeeping activities using an accounting software to track expenses and payments Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for agents and clients Provide general administrative support such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and handling office supplies Facilitate customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors Occasionally show properties for rent or sale Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Excellent phone etiquette combined with experience Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients better 2+ Previous office management or clerical experience in a real estate or related environment preferred Knowledge of bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping Strong typing skills with high accuracy for data entry and document proofreading Prefer 2+ years in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and or Google Workspace applications Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and printers 2+ Personal assistant or administrative experience that demonstrates reliability and initiative We value energetic individuals who are eager to contribute their skills in a vibrant setting.
