The successful candidate will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role is essential for supporting our consultants and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional value to our clients. You will be a central point of contact, handling a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks in our professional setting. Responsibilities Manage and direct incoming calls and correspondence, including emails and mail. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for senior staff. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy. Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital records. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary. Greet and provide general support to visitors and clients in a professional manner. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and the processing of expense reports. Provide administrative support to our team of consultants to ensure projects run smoothly. Ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard of tidiness and professionalism. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
