Office Assistant

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual who demonstrates a willingness to learn and is adaptable to new technologies and developments within the automotive industry.This opportunity to work with experienced technicians to enhance your technical abilities without having to work on the weekends.Responsibilities:Answering incoming phone calls & Appointment Scheduling Greeting Clients & Performing the Client Intake process Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.Maintaining shop office & customer areas Coordination of customer pick-up & delivery Opening & Closing Procedures Filing documents, organizing & labeling, general recordkeeping Parts Organization Management, including inventory, part & core returns, etc.Miscellaneous errands as assigned.Assist Service Advisor / Manager with daily tasks as assigned.Perform Quality Control Inspections & report accordingly Assist with inventory review, ordering & data entry to keep inventory accurate.Call customers that did not show up for their appointment to reschedule.Customer car clean-up as needed.Collaborating with technicians on various tasks around the shop.Gaining hands-on experience with automotive repair and maintenance estimation.Conduct thorough evaluations of technician reporting & inspections of vehicles.Utilize automotive diagnostic equipment for documentation purposes.Keep accurate records of all services performed on vehicles.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering any questions regarding vehicle repairs.Requirements: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Skills: Familiarity with automotive computer systems and software - Knowledge of basic vehicle components & systems - Spanish Speaking Join our team of skilled professionals as an Automotive Technician and contribute to providing exceptional service to our valued customers.Apply today!
