Job Description
This is a part-time position.SHIELDS is looking to start training and fill immediately.Key Responsibilities:Data entry and record keeping:Maintaining and updating both paper and electronic records, including data entry into databases or spreadsheets.Filing and document management:Organizing and maintaining files, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are easily accessible.Providing general administrative support:Assisting with various tasks as needed Skills and Qualities: Organizational skills:The Office Associate needs to be highly organized to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Communication skills:They need to be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Computer literacy:Proficiency in using computers, office software (like Microsoft Office and QuickBooks), and other office equipment is essential. Attention to detail:Accuracy is crucial when handling data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks. Time management:Office Associates often juggle multiple tasks, so strong time management skills are important. Flexibility and adaptability:They need to be able to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected requests.Schedule: Monday-Friday or otherwise arranged during acceptance of job Job Type:Temporary Pay:$14.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
