Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and energetic Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our facilities.This role is vital in ensuring that all office spaces, common areas, restrooms, and workstations are kept spotless and well-organized.The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate attention to detail, and be proactive in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.This paid position offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere while developing valuable custodial skills.Duties Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, including desks, conference rooms, hallways, and reception areas to ensure a pristine environment.Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors regularly to preserve their appearance and safety.Remove trash and recycling from designated bins and dispose of waste responsibly.Clean windows, glass partitions, and surfaces to enhance visibility and overall aesthetics.Conduct routine checks of cleaning equipment and supplies; restock as needed to ensure operational readiness.Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs when necessary.Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures.Knowledge of custodial techniques including floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning methods.Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies.Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards.Experience with facilities maintenance or porter duties is highly desirable.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment throughout shifts.Join us in creating a clean and inviting workspace where everyone feels comfortable!
