OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and reliable Office Cleaning Contractor (1099) to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our commercial office spaces.This role offers flexibility and independence, allowing you to manage your own schedule while delivering top-quality cleaning services.As an essential part of our team, you will help ensure that our workplaces uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, creating a positive experience for employees and visitors alike.Duties Perform thorough cleaning of office areas, including desks, conference rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, sanitize restrooms, and empty trash receptacles regularly to maintain cleanliness standards Replenish restroom supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the designated supervisor or facilities team Use environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible to promote sustainability and health safety Maintain a detailed schedule of completed tasks and communicate any special requests or concerns promptly Qualifications Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning in all assigned areas Reliable transportation is preferred for flexible scheduling and timely arrival at multiple locations Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods during cleaning shifts Join us as an Office Cleaning Contractor (1099) and be part of a team committed to creating clean, healthy work environments!
