Job Description
The Office Clerk acts as the main contact, and handles receptionist and clerical work such as calls, emails, order processing, bookkeeping, data entry, and file management.Responsibilities include prioritizing duties, keeping accurate records, supporting compliance, and assisting production with ice cream making, scooping, and general maintenance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serves as a vital member to support smooth office operations.Acts as the primary contact for the organization, answering phone calls and managing emails.Orderly duty prioritization and time management.Processes customer orders accurately and professionally.Demonstrates proficiency in QuickBooks for sending payments, collecting overdue accounts, and assisting with bookkeeping.Maintains organized and up-to-date records, documentation, and both physical and digital files.Reviews invoices and financial documents for accuracy, notifying management of any discrepancies.Prepares and distributes operational reports as directed by management.Collaborate with accountants and management to ensure requested information and documents are accessible and organized.Assists with ice cream production duties, such as operating machinery, storing ice cream, scooping, and general maintenance as needed.Performs accurate data entry into company databases and spreadsheets.Manage files efficiently and operates office equipment like photocopiers and printers.Provides excellent customer service to visitors and clients, facilitating clear communication within and outside the organization.Maintain traceability logs for produce and dairy deliveries, ensuring all incoming products are documented.Track ice cream inventory and assist with dry and frozen goods inventory.Participate in facility cleaning with staff.Handles other related duties assigned to maintain seamless paperwork, communication, and workflow.Pay:$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location:In person.
