Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our office operations.The ideal candidate will be hard working, trustworthy and discerning.Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and clients with professional phone etiquette Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records Make bank and post office runs three times a week Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with office policies Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent typing accuracy for data entry and document preparation Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and record keeping Customer service experience with professional phone etiquette and support skills Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively This position requires a proactive individual who can adapt quickly to a dynamic office environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$18.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
