Job Description
OverviewHomax Oil Sales is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team at our Douglas, Wy office.The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing front desk activities, and assisting with various clerical tasks.This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.Answer and direct calls using multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette.Take orders via phone, create orders for walk in customers, communicate with management on all customer inquiries.Correctly handle billing, invoicing, payments, and other accounting tasks.Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, including filing and organizing documents.Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and documentation.Previous office experience is preferred, including clerical and administrative roles.Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.Join our team as an Office Clerk where your contributions will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to grow within our organization!
