Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team! It is important for the candidate to be reliable and well organized.Responsibilities Perform data entry and filing to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy document retrieval and maintaining spreadsheets Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to handle inquiries and route calls efficiently Utilize computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel, and other software to prepare documents, proofread materials, and support administrative functions Support staff and administrative tasks Assist with general office duties Requirements Prior office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a plus Good communication skills.Must write and speak English well.Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs effectively Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and general office software Experience in medical office environment is advantageous but not required; administrative support experience is valuable but not required Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy Pay:From $20.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Application Question(s):Would you say you know Excel well ?
