Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $50,000 to $64,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Provide administrative support for leaders by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing related materials. Draft simple communications and maintain organized digital and physical files. Coordinate communications on behalf of leadership and assist with preparing documents and presentation materials. Maintain office supplies, support office activities, and handle daily mail duties. Assist with administrative tasks across departments, including vendor paperwork, errands, and tracking assignments. Requirements Strong ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks and supporting various departments. Clear communication skills when preparing correspondence, interacting with staff, and supporting leadership. Proficiency with common office software and comfort preparing basic documents and reports. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Capacity to assist with office coordination, meeting preparation, and general operations. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in administrative support or office coordination. Previous experience supporting senior staff, along with exposure to finance or accounting tasks. A college degree or related experience. Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow through on assigned tasks. Professional demeanor with the ability to build positive working relationships across the organization. REF #52029
