Office Coordinator

Job Responsibilities Welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly, positive manner Responsible for receiving, sorting, and routing mail received at the reception desk Handle all outgoing mail, including sorting, envelope stuffing and postage machine workings Responsible for receiving and handling of all checks Assist with accounting and audit-related documentation, discrepancy tracking, and internal reporting Maintains the reception area and common areas to always look neat and professional Ordering, receiving, and organizing all office supplies Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications, including calendars and office milestones Working with vendors on equipment management and maintenance Perform administrative duties for multiple departments Assist with Events Planning for Staff, Marketing Efforts, Conventions, Food ordering Job Qualifications Experience working in a professional environment preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Possess the ability to multitask and successfully prioritize assignments based on deadlines Accustomed to working in high volume and high energy atmosphere Has successfully demonstrated the ability to take ownership of their work Enjoys complex and challenging assignments; organized and proactive About Our Company Burns & Wilcox, the flagship organization of H.W.
