Job Description
Brentwood, TN Full Time/Direct Hire LHH is hiring a Dispatch/Office Coordinator for a construction waste removal business based in Williamson County. We are looking for candidates who have previous customer office management and scheduling experience. This position plays a key role ensuring projects and budgets are timely/accurate. Responsibilities Prioritize service calls according to level of urgency. Forecast schedule for one week ahead. Maintain good communication with maintenance companies, assisting technicians with checking in and out, and fulfilling maintenance companies’ particular requirements. Update and maintain account profiles. Preparing outgoing invoices. Collect past due invoices. Coordinate repair request/pick ups and follow up between delivery drivers and customers. Schedule, and update any incoming work orders. Work within any different vendor portals to update their job requests and invoicing. Order parts, schedule extra equipment needed for delivery and pickup. Qualifications Basic Accounting knowledge of receivables Quickbooks familiarity Outstanding communication & time management skills Comfortable working in/out of Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience in an administrative, office management, client/customer support role(s) Pay range and compensation package $52-55,000/yr Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
