About Us: We are a busy, patient-focused optometry practice committed to providing high-quality eye care and an exceptional patient experience. We're looking for a reliable and motivated team member to take on a lead front desk coordinator role. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, punctual, reliable and can grow into an a higher role over time. Position Overview: The Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily flow of the front desk while supporting the team ensuring excellent patient communication and maintaining efficient office workflow. This role requires leadership, accountability, and the ability to handle a busy clinical environment. * Experience in a medical or optometry is office required.
