Job Description
The Office/Copy Clerk provides clerical and administrative support by handling copying, printing, scanning, filing, and general office tasks. This role ensures accurate and timely completion of document processing needs while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Operate copiers, scanners, printers, and related office equipment. Perform bulk copying, collating, binding, and stapling of documents as requested. Ensure copies are accurate, neat, and delivered on schedule. Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic). Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and internal correspondence. Restock paper, toner, and supplies for copy machines and office equipment. Track copy/print requests and maintain usage logs as needed. Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and other clerical duties. Provide general office support, including answering phones and greeting visitors when necessary. Supervision of students duty Follow confidentiality policies when handling sensitive documents. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and customer skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (paper, boxes, supplies). Extended periods of standing, walking, or sitting. Repetitive motion from operating office equipment. Work Environment: Standard office setting with frequent interaction with staff, students, community. Fast-paced environment with occasional tight deadlines.
