About the Role OneElmington is seeking an Office & Events Coordinator to serve as a people-first cornerstone of our corporate office operations. This dynamic role sits at the intersection of office management, employee experience, and culture-building. The Office & Events Coordinator ensures the day-to-day office runs smoothly while also leading company-wide events, gifting programs, internship coordination, and special initiatives that help our teammates feel welcomed, supported, and valued. Equal parts logistician, culture champion, and relationship builder, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in the details, and genuinely enjoys creating exceptional experiences for others. On-site OneElmington Corporate Office Nashville, TN Responsibilities Office Operations & Administration Manage daily office operations, including supplies, vendor relationships, facilities coordination, and equipment maintenance Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, ensuring a welcoming and functional workplace Answer, screen, and transfer inbound calls Welcome and direct visitors and clients Perform general clerical duties such as copying, mailing, shipping, faxing, and emailing Open, sort, and distribute mail Resolve administrative problems and inquiries Maintain inventory and restock café areas, hospitality bars, conference rooms, and copy stations Events, Culture & Employee Experience Plan, coordinate, and execute all-hands meetings, team celebrations, seasonal events, and employee appreciation programs Manage company gifting initiatives and special experience-driven projects Maintain accurate records, trackers, and budgets for office and event-related activities Internship Program Support Coordinate internship orientation and onboarding logistics Organize lunch-and-learns, mentor pairings, and engagement activities Support end-of-program events and recognition initiatives Collaboration & Support Work closely with leadership and team members to anticipate needs and deliver solutions Perform all other duties as assigned to support office operations and employee experience Qualifications High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Knowledge of standard office equipment and administrative processes Adobe experience preferred Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Physical Demands & Work Environment Frequently required to sit, stand, and walk Regularly required to talk and hear Frequently use hands and fingers to handle objects and office equipment Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and focus adjustment Noise level is typically moderate Must be able to withstand occasional seasonal heat and cold when outdoors The OneElmington Experience We're creating a different kind of company at OneElmington.
