Requirements: Quickbooks Spanish Availability to work onsite in Morton Grove area Wetalentia is supporting a leading European engineering and manufacturing company specialized in advanced industrial equipment and complete plant solutions for the metals industry. To support the continued growth of its North American operations, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to join the team. This is a key role supporting daily business operations, accounting activities, and executive coordination within a dynamic and international environment. Role Overview The Office Manager will support the General Director and the broader team by managing administrative operations, accounting activities, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities. This position requires prior experience in bookkeeping and accounting processes, particularly using QuickBooks . Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping Perform bookkeeping activities, including organizing receipts and maintaining records Issue customer invoices and maintain payment records Prepare packing lists and support documentation for spare parts shipments Process supplier payments and payments to external collaborators Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks Support general administrative and accounting functions Administrative & Executive Support Assist the General Director with daily office activities Manage and filter incoming phone calls and emails Schedule meetings with clients and internal teams Organize business travel, including flights and hotel reservations Support the organization of trade shows and company events Assist the commercial team with customer research activities when required Operational Support Monitor and record travel and overtime hours for field technicians Maintain organized documentation and administrative records Support coordination between departments and international teams Qualifications 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (required) Strong organizational and multitasking skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage confidential information responsibly Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Spanish (written and spoken) is required Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base salary 4 weeks PTO PPO Health insurance, 100% covered for employee 401k plan available
