Job DescriptionJob Description Benefits: 401(k) Company parties Competitive salary Employee discounts Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Veterinary Hospital Manager Clovis Pet Hospital Serving the heart of Clovis for over 30 years Clovis Pet Hospital, a wellestablished smallanimal practice with a 30year legacy in the community, is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to support daily operations and lead our growing team. Our hospital includes a dedicated 3DVM team, skilled support staff, and a visiting boardcertified surgeon every 4 weeks, offering excellent exposure to advanced veterinary medicine. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fastpaced medical environment and is passionate about supporting both people and pets. Compensation & Schedule $25$28 per hour, depending on experience Fulltime, 40 hours/week MondaySaturday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Alternating weekly schedule Biweekly payroll Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality client service Lead, train, and support frontoffice and support staff Manage scheduling for doctors, technicians, and administrative staff Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards Support HR functions including onboarding, performance documentation, and staff development Assist with financial processes such as invoicing, deposits, and inventory coordination Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and patients Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and leadership to maintain smooth workflow Qualifications Minimum 2 years of management experience in a medical, veterinary, or healthcare setting MBA degree preferred, but not required Strong leadership, communication, and conflictresolution skills Ability to multitask in a fastpaced clinical environment Comfortable working around animals and supporting a veterinary care team Proficiency with scheduling, workflow management, and administrative operations Experience with veterinary software (Cornerstone, AVImark, etc.) is a plus Why Join Clovis Pet Hospital? 30+ years serving the Clovis community Supportive, teamoriented environment Opportunities for growth and exposure to advanced surgical and medical cases Work directly with a compassionate, experienced veterinary team
