Office Manager / Executive Assistant (Construction Industry) We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager / Executive Assistant to work directly alongside ownership as a true right hand. This is a demanding role. It requires someone who can operate at a high level, juggle multiple priorities, and keep both the office and projects moving without constant direction. The Role You will work closely with one of the owners, supporting both day-to-day operations and bigger-picture execution. This position is critical to the company’s success. What You’ll Do Provide administrative support from pre-construction through project closeout Prepare, track, and manage purchase orders and project documentation Coordinate communication between project managers, field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Assist with employee tracking, expense reporting, cost tracking, and project reporting Maintain highly organized digital and physical filing systems Keep operations running smoothly by anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise Support light marketing efforts (Canva/design, social media, content — a plus) What We’re Looking For Extremely organized and detail-oriented — you don’t miss things Ability to handle multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment A proactive mindset — you think ahead and take action Strong communication and coordination skills Creative thinker with experience in Canva/design (preferred) Sales or client-facing experience (preferred) Social media management and/or video editing (a plus) Construction industry experience or understanding (a big plus) Who You Are A problem solver who thinks outside the box An “efficiency hacker” — always improving systems and processes Someone who thrives under pressure and stays composed Independent, reliable, and accountable The type of person people depend on Important This is a high-expectation, high-impact role .
