Job Description
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure efficiency, organization, and a positive workplace environment.This role also provides administrative support to the Human Resources function as needed, assisting with recruiting, fleet management, scheduling, and employee-related processes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Office Management Manage daily office operations and administrative processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs and inquiries. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Coordinate office services such as maintenance, IT support, and mail handling. Order office drinks, snacks, kitchen supplies and maintain all office kitchen areas. Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation. Support leadership with scheduling, meetings, and general administrative tasks. Assist with onboarding logistics (workspace setup, supplies, access coordination) Plan and coordinate office events and meetings._ As needed: _ Provide administrative support to HR, including document preparation and filing. Assist with onboarding and offboarding paperwork and checklists. Schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions Ensure confidentiality of employees and HR-related information at all times. Support company vehicle fleet as needed. Assist with recruiting related activities, resume distribution to managers as well as scheduling assistance._ Executive Support _ (As Needed) Job Type:Full-time Pay:$75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Work Location:In person.
