Job Description
Back Office Operations Coordinator - Office Manager with Accounting Experience We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Operations Coordinator and Office manager to assist with accounting, administrative operations, vendor coordination, and business support across several organizations including property management, staffing, and nonprofit operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable with accounting software, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Support Enter accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Assist with invoicing and collections follow-up Reconcile basic financial records Generate basic accounting and operational reports Maintain organized digital and paper records Assist with bookkeeping, filing and expense tracking Administrative Operations Help prepare and process leases for property management operations Assist with staffing business contracts and onboarding paperwork Coordinate and follow up with vendors, tenants, and clients Support other administrative activities and documentation Track deadlines, renewals, and compliance items General office and operational support as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge Experience with accounting software, QuickBooks a plus 3 years minimum experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently Highly Proficient with spreadsheets and basic reporting Tech savvy Preferred Traits Detail-oriented Dependable and responsive Comfortable handling confidential information Strong follow-through and problem-solving ability Professional communication with vendors and clients This is a full-time position, on-site first 90 days, then hybrid Fridays.
