About Us When property damage strikes, homeowners need a team that brings order, clarity, and direction so they can recover and restore their home with confidence. RestoPros of Hartford is a growing restoration and construction company specializing in water, mold, fire, and reconstruction services. We operate in a fast-paced environment where organization, communication, and follow-through make all the difference—for both our customers and our team. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive team member to take ownership of coordinating our day-to-day operations. The Role This role will work closely with our General Manager and team to ensure: Schedules are organized Communication is clear Jobs move forward efficiently You will play a central role in keeping operations organized, customers informed, and projects moving efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who naturally stays organized, follows through on details, and enjoys keeping people and projects on track. Responsibilities Scheduling & Coordination Manage incoming calls and job requests Schedule inspections and service work Coordinate technicians and adjust schedules as needed Customer Communication Confirm appointments and provide updates Serve as a reliable point of contact for homeowners Maintain professional and organized communication throughout the job process Job Tracking & Documentation Maintain accurate records in the company CRM Track job progress from intake through completion Maintain accurate and timely updates in company systems so information is clear, accessible, and organized for both the team and customers Ensure documentation is organized and up to date to support customer service, operations, and billing Billing Support Send invoices using accounting software Follow up on outstanding balances Assist with keeping billing information organized and current Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with experience in the following environments are encouraged to apply: Medical office coordination or scheduling HVAC, plumbing, or restoration dispatching Construction or home service operations Fast-paced customer service coordination roles What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Clear and professional communication Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment Reliable follow-through and attention to detail Strong documentation habits and consistent use of company systems are essential for success in this role Compensation $24–$28 per hour (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Why Join Us Key role in a growing company Direct impact on day-to-day operations Opportunities for advancement based on performance Team-oriented environment We value professionalism, reliability, organization, and people who take ownership of their work Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $24.11 - $28.22 per hour Benefits Dental insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Application Question(s): How do you typically keep projects, schedules, and/or customer communication organized when managing multiple responsibilities at once?
