Shelter Bay Community, a large HOA of over 900 homes and a marina, located in La Conner, WA is currently looking for a friendly and well-organized individual with prior customer service experience to join our team.This position is the first point of contact for community members, marina tenants, and the general public.We are seeking an individual that can provide excellent hospitality skills when interacting with everyone that comes into the office.Primary Job Duties Open and close the office daily Greet and assist members, guests, vendors, and others courteously and with an upbeat positive attitude, providing a welcoming atmosphere in the front office Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence Assisting members with payments Maintain adequate inventory of all office supplies Ensure Office area is clean and maintains office efficiency Assist staff with various tasks as needed Update Property Management System with new member information Manage facility rentals and reservations General knowledge in Microsoft Office Systems Prior Property management system knowledge a plus Other duties as identified in full job description and as assigned by Community Manager.Work hours 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch.Full Benefits include vacation, holidays, sick time, insurance (medical, dental, & vision), and participation in retirement plan Looking to fill this position as quickly as possible.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
