We are now hiring a handson, customerfocused leader who is comfortable supporting daily office operations while managing a small onsite team. Office Services Manager Job Summary Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift, standard business hours Interview Type: Virtual Support daily office services including printing, copying, and scanning Manage mail services, overnight shipping, and courier requests Assist with conference room setup, hospitality, and office coordination Office Services Manager Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 3–5 years of experience in an office, B2B, or technical environment Previous managerial or teamlead experience strongly preferred Customerfacing experience required; law firm experience is a plus Strong technology skills and comfort using office equipment Excellent communication, organization, and problemsolving skills Additional Role Details Business casual dress code No driving required No free parking available (public transportation accessible via trolley) Limited physical demands; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Why PeopleShare?
