Job Description
Office Staff (Saturday & Sunday 9am-2pm) Duties: Provide administrative support to the office staff- Assist with event planning and coordination- File and organize documents and records- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries- Provide customer support and assist with inquiries or issues- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, and photocopying- Transcribe meeting minutes or other important documents- Assist with project coordination and tracking Requirements: Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing support in a fast-paced office environment.If you have the necessary skills and qualifications, we would love to hear from you!
