Job Summary:We're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Office Support Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.This role has a wide variety of responsibilities--perfect for someone who likes to stay busy, take ownership, and get things done without constant direction.Key Responsibilities:Read, review & respond to a high volume of emails Assist with accounts payable and basic purchasing Make and return phone calls; follow up on open items Enter orders and maintain accurate records Print, copy, and organize documents Track tasks and help keep projects moving Perform weekly inventory checks Light facility upkeep (safety checks, basic cleaning tasks) What We're Looking For:Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to multitask and stay on top of priorities Comfortable with email, data entry, and phone communication Self-motivated and able to work independently Friendly, professional, and reliable Preferred (but not required):Experience with administrative work or accounts payable Experience with Sage 50 Important:This role is best suited for someone who enjoys staying busy and takes pride in keeping things organized.If you prefer a slower-paced or highly repetitive job, this may not be the right fit.Pay:From $20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s):You have 25 unread emails, a vendor calling you back, and two tasks that were due yesterday.What do you do first, and how do you prioritize?
