About Anchor HomecareAnchor Homecare is a Medicaid home care agency providing in-home support services that help individuals remain safely in their homes and communities.As we continue to grow, we are looking to connect with someone in Ohio who has experience in home care and can help us build our presence in the state.The RoleWe're looking for someone based in Ohio with experience in home care who can support the early stages of our operations in the state.This role will work closely with our Head of State based in our main office to help us better understand the local landscape and assist with early groundwork as we establish services in Ohio.The position will begin with a strong focus on learning the market, connecting with people in the space, and helping us build a foundation for operations locally.Over time, the role may grow as services expand.What You'll Do Work with our Head of State to support the development of our Ohio presence Help gather insight into the local home care landscape Identify opportunities for growth in Columbus and surrounding areas Support early operational planning and relationship building locally Assist with groundwork as we prepare to launch and grow services in the state What We're Looking For Experience working in home care (scheduling, coordination, operations, or administration) Familiarity with the Ohio healthcare or home care environment is helpful Strong communication and organizational skills Someone proactive who enjoys helping build and grow new operations Why This RoleThis is an opportunity to get involved early as a growing Medicaid home care agency expands into Ohio.You'll work closely with our Head of State and help support the early stages of building services in the region.If you have experience in home care and are interested in being part of a growing organization entering the Ohio market, we'd love to connect.Pay:$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits:Paid time off Travel reimbursement Work Location:In person.
