On-Call Caregiver/Med Tech

Job Overview We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable on-call caregiver to support our care home staffing. This starts as flexible on-call work with the opportunity to become a consistent weekly schedule. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal hygiene. Monitor residents' health status by observing their overall health and reporting changes to management. Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas to ensure a safe environment. Lift and assist residents as needed, ensuring proper techniques are used for safety. Experience Previous experience in home health, caregiving, or long-term care settings is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members. Ability to work independently while also being an effective part of a team. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all aspects of care. * This is a night shift position.
